Panther Pools is owned and operated by Paul Hineman, a longtime Hillsborough County resident with more than 30 years in the community. Paul lives in Odessa with his wife Holly and their two young adult children, Brooke and Dylan.
Before taking ownership of Panther Pools, Paul spent his career in executive leadership roles at Capital One, The Nielsen Company, WellCare Health Plans, and Better Health Group — experience that shaped his commitment to dependable service and high‑quality outcomes.
Paul leads the business alongside a dedicated team of technicians and our General Manager, David, who ensures smooth operations and consistent service. Our team is experienced, dependable, and committed to treating every pool as if it were their own.
